In response to the swastikas posted at Clark Kerr, the Daily Cal editorial staff urges the student body of UC Berkeley to "Ignore the Ignorance." I urge you all to do just that by not clicking on that link.
Gotta wonder if a Koran was found in a toilet, would the Daily Cal urge the same thing? What about bacon slabs pressed between the various suras? Just ignore the ignorance?
Happily, the vast majority of students who enroll at the University of California at Berkeley are politically either left-leaning or disinterested. Unfortunately, members of the remainder of the student body are likely, upon arrival, to find themselves as happily received as the 5 AM rush at the largest local Waste Management plant (i.e., hardly). This blog, self-described as "a rational investigation of the effects of Berkeley life on the innocent mind," is dedicated to the endeavor of spreading its author's observations to the outside world - to remind its denizens the dangers of radicalism in its less acknowledged form (that on the left), and, with any luck, to warn potential admitees who might not be able to handle life in Berkeley that such is the case before they move in.
6'3" on days in which he hasn't woken up in the fetal position, Judah Mirvish graduated from UC Berkeley in May 2010 after 7.5 semesters enrolled, with a History major and a minor in Get Me The Fuck Out Of Here. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to the Beatles, guest-DJing at cramped German discothèques, and watching squirrels.

The part I found most disturbing was that Friday's rally against hate speech was repeatedly heckled by a Cal Professor.

That was a shocking display of intolerance by a university Professor, Andrew Paul Gutierrez, and you should be ashamed of yourself
